Our full-service equity and inclusion consultancy supports and strengthens intercultural competence in the workplace through equity audits, readiness assessment and data-driven metrics for advancing Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI+).
We adapt a REDI lens to address racism, systemic racism, conscious and unconscious bias, microaggressions, stereotypes, othering, assumptions, and narratives that prevent BIPOC individuals from equitable and meaningful participation in the workplace and society.
Our team of staff, associates and advisors work together to advance racial equity at the intersection of gender and youth leadership, for private, public and civil sector effectiveness. Our racial and gender-based analytics frameworks and process delivery include qualitative and quantitative data collection for solutions design, implementation and accountability metrics for progress tracking.
We design processes for strategic action planning and impact; develop coaching programs and intercultural competence trainings for staff and executive leadership; develop REDI strategies and toolkits for hiring managers; recommend cultural competence and REDI frameworks; integrate tailored equity scorecards for measuring long-term change.

REDI Assessment Form
This self-assessment is a snapshot of how well your organization is doing on The Inclusion Project’s (TIP)’s Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Continuum. An organization’s REDI process is fluid, and, depending on the initiatives, can move to a deeper level of engagement. In this self-assessment, we are using a sample of the larger TIP-REDI Assessment, which provides recommendations for organizations on strategic pathways for an equitable future. This mini self-assessment will help you determine your next steps in the REDI process.
How ready is your organization for REDI?
Score between 1- 6 – No REDI work has begun; diversity and a culture of inclusion are not part of organizational goals. Recommend bringing leadership on with a commitment to inclusion before taking the next step.
Score between 7 – 15 – A compliance mindset; actions are taken primarily to comply with relevant laws and social pressures. Our complete REDI assessment can help you figure out a plan to move from compliance to inclusion.
Score 16- 23 – A clear awareness of the value and the need for REDI implementation; starting to implement REDI but lacking a systemic approach. Working with the TIP team of consultants will help you to establish a systemic approach to REDI.
Score 24 – 30 – Implementing REDI systemically, showing improved results and outcomes. The TIP REDI assessment will provide a list of detailed recommendations and actionable next steps for your organization to become a more inclusive moving forward and to embed REDI in all your policies, programs, processes and practices.
